RESULTS THAT MATTER

“I used to take pills for high blood pressure, pain medicine and muscle relaxers for my back, my knees were in bad shape, heavy breathing. Today I have none of those symptoms. so I would say “IT IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!”

– Sam Constante

“Getting in shape has pretty much saved my life. I used to live a really unhealthy lifestyle. drinking and smoking amongst other things was the norm for me but not with CrossFit in my life. It holds me accountable. I’m in the best shape of my life mind, body and soul and I want to keep it that way.”

– Ginny Dimon

“I haven’t been here this long, but overall I would say my accomplishment to being more social and having this “fit” family of people who are genuine and care about each other.”

– Millicent Brady

“My greatest accomplishment at 3040 is to know that there are people I inspire to become a better version of them, but also there are people that I am inspired by to become better. I believe this mutual relationship helps me come everyday to the gym and show that hard work pays off.”

– Marcelo Lopez Altamirano
