Competitors Training
Competitors programming is designed for those experienced RX athletes who want to advance their fitness to the next level of greatness. This program will follow custom programming designed by Coach Emily. Improve your Olympic Weight Lifting and overall CrossFit fitness. Increase your strength and flexibility.
All competitor athletes are expected to have well developed knowledge and experience with all CrossFit movements. You will need to be familiar with and responsible for your own scaling or modifications. Athletes should come prepared for any movement or exercise and are encouraged to fully participate. This program is designed to be fast paced, demanding, and challenging. You will experience both success and frustration; but your skill level, strength and speed will be challenged and sharpened.
