Members can attend classes Monday through Thursday at 5am, 6am, 9am, 11am, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. On Fridays our hours are the same except for there is no 7pm class. Members are also encouraged to participate in open gym on Saturdays.
All programming is specifically designed with our members in mind. We have a variety of options from regular hour long CrossFit classes to competitors training for those who want to step up their training a notch and are interested in competing. Our weightlifting program is designed to iron out weaknesses and gain strength with a goal meet as the end point.
We understand that it is difficult to fit in a workout when you have children and try to accommodate in any way we can. We have a play room with toys to keep your little ones entertained. Kids aren’t allowed on the gym floor due to safety but we encourage them to play or nap in the designated area while you grab a workout. The play area is close enough to the gym floor that you can keep an eye on them.
Life happens. While our desire is for you to engage in a health and active life and community through our gym we know it’s not always possible. Just let us know if you need to cancel and we will get it taken care of before the next month. We always welcome our members back at any time. No hard feelings if you need to cancel or pause your membership.
We always welcome visitors who are interested in joining CrossFit. Our week trial is open to your family and friends. We encourage you to bring them and let them see what your new passion is all about.
